Well House Rebuild

The existing well house is in bad shape. The Board is reviewing options for replacement. Once bids are reviewed the decision will be made to move forward with a replacement or a renovation of the existing building.

Well Pump Replacement

The Board is reviewing the bid proposals from Jurgensen Well Service and working on a plan to have the well pump replaced this year. This replacement will be synchronized with or around the well house renovation.

Electrical & Booster pump Relocation
2026
Designs and bids are being evaluated to relocated all the electrical and the booster pumps in order to meet minimum safety distances and improve overall efficiency of the water processing and treatment. This is a major project that requires a lot of coordination to avoid extended periods of out of service.
